Quick Facts

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10:00 am-9:00 pm. Fridays 10:00 am-5:00 pm.
Holiday Hours: Closed on statutory holidays.
Service Population: People living with or affected by HIV/AIDS; gay/bi/queer and trans men; women; youth.
Languages: English and French. Some services available in Portuguese.
Sober: Service users do not need to be sober to access services, but must must be able to act in compliance with agency norms.
Referral: Not necessary
Appointment Required: Many support programs require registration.

Wheelchair Access: Yes, by chair lift.

Notes

• ACT provides free, confidential and anonymous (if requested), counselling services for individuals and couples.

• Counselling service is available on a walk in basis. Call to confirm availability or to book an appointment.

• Referral service.

• A wide range of services are provided for people living with HIV/AIDS including practical assistance programmes, education, employment action, and support groups.
Web site offers comprehensive ‘Living Guide’ for hundreds of Toronto community resources.
